Ezbuy 11.11 (2016) Nov Promo Clueless/Stupid Chat Staff No Solution System Jam Hang


12:16pm Ezbuy chatbox hang. 2:58pm website cannot access. Not surprising. Ezbuy is so predictable. If bet it'll be jammed today, will win. Even better than lottery.

Someone on Facebook said that even right at the start from 00.00am to 1am onwards today, already couldn't access.

3:35pm, chat staff Heather says their system "down".

That's why earlier, I submitted my 双11狂欢价 orders. Trying to beat the crowd. According to Taobao, buyers can add to cart first before 11 Nov.  But I forgot that Ezbuy's free shipping for first 1kg & free agent fee is only on 11 Nov. No Ezbuy staff reminded me.

One of the items is Sensitive Air shipping.  So that's not eligible for their free agent fee, free shipping (for first kg) promo.  But it has the 双11狂欢价 seller's promo. So a few days ago, I asked Ezbuy chat whether I can order it. She said Ok. But for many days after that, no order placement. Meaning, it can only be ordered on 11 Nov. No remark from purchaser at all.

Ezbuy chat staff was wrong & did not inform me that it can only be ordered on 11 Nov.

Yesterday 10 Nov, I submitted 2 additional orders. Purchaser said the 双11狂欢价 only on 11 Nov. Asked whether I want to proceed with current higher price or "chargeback". I said just order on 11 Nov. However, I forgot that their free agent fee & free shipping (for 1st kg) will only apply in their system on 11 Nov. Purchaser did not mention & did not reply.

This afternoon, I asked Ezbuy chat staff whether I can cancel the orders & get refund now so I can submit again for them to get purchaser's attention to order & for their free agent fee & free shipping promo (applicable today only).  Didn't get any solution from chat staff "Carmen".

Notice that this chat box is 11.11 "special" & they are not entertaining normal orders with problems. When I saw this, I  already knew this was bad. Commonsense. How can you do this? Some customers need help urgently with their "normal" orders. For 1 day, they can't ask about their orders? *shakes head* China people really... do things differently.

In their Ezbuy Facebook, a customer is quite upset about this because she's having problems with delayed order/s & Ezbuy staff just shoved her off saying all enquiries are for 11.11 orders only.

Notice that "Carmen" is unable to cancel the orders & issue refund? She needs to ask purchaser? Odd because previously, staff can easily refund me as long as it's not yet ordered. In the end, she solved nothing. Not surprising. I didn't thank her.

Luckily, I only gave them cheap orders. Total only $15+. I dare not give them more expensive items to order. Not on this 11.11 day. They cannot handle the chaos. Plus their China local delivery will be swamped. Things are going to get missing.

At 12:16pm, their chat Zendesk (currently their new chat box) hung for about 15 minutes. Unable to reconnect until it somehow managed to get fixed.

I hate that she calls me "dear". So stupid & unprofessional. She's using it to mean "亲" in China Chinese. It means "comrade" "dear".  



I said I have another order to ask about. Can I ask?  (because I just read in Facebook that they shoved off a customer who asked about her "normal" order.).


As of now 2:16pm, I'm still not seeing any order remarks about my items. I don't think the purchaser has time to look at my order.

3:34pm:  I asked chat staff how's my cancellation of the orders so I can order again. A different chat staff "Heather" replied:

7:57pm: Problem very instantly solved by Anelice on chat. She immediately gave me the refund. I don't know why the previous 2 chat staff couldn't do it.

I wasn't able to save the chat conversation because the chatbox hung right after she told me she had refunded into my a/c & asked me to check.  I couldn't even submit "ok, thanks very much" to the chatbox that immediately went into "reconnecting" mode.

When I refreshed the page, the chat box was fresh again with no previous conversation.

With the money back into my prepay (available amount)... I think I better not spend it. Not today, with all the jamming going on (in their Ezbuy Facebook). And they said they will be featured on TV tonight & advise people to buy before 5pm to avoid the crowd. That's just nuts.

Even if submit new order, it won't be processed until tomorrow. By then, the Taobao 11.11 promo prices will be gone. But I think same as last year, Ezbuy should be able to get sellers to still sell at 11.11 prices at least for another day.

So that hurdle can be quite easily passed. But what about their China delivery? The whole country's delivery "system" will be swamped. Normal time already the delivery men throw things & lose parcels. Now will be worse. Already, my 2 small items that the seller dispatched 4 days ago, still not received at warehouse. And Ezbuy chat staff can do nothing about it.  Normally, it takes only 1-2 days to reach warehouse.

And Ezbuy warehouse won't have time to check incoming items.  From the Ezbuy e-mail apology, the marketing manager explained that Taobao sellers contribute to the problem by lumping different customers' things together & sending out to the warehouse. It makes sorting at the warehouse very problematic & cause delays.

That's because Ezbuy is SLOW.  How can they not be able to order in time?

Now it's only 10:24pm. The Taobao 11.11 sales price still on until end of the day. Ezbuy said they increased manpower. It's their obligation to be in time for every customer's order.

Ezbuy extending the free agent fee promo till tomorrow is a separate matter that is under their control. The 11.11 selling price sellers' promo takes priority.

Saying they cannot place orders in time before the 11.11 sales promo deadline is being a lousy agent. Unprofessional. No excuse, more so because they are promoting themselves as a big name company.

I'm actually concerned about the $54+ in my Prepay (available amount) in my a/c. I kept screenshots. I'm always concerned about leaving money in Prepay. Can't trust Ezbuy. Who knows what will happen. I usually don't have so much money in my a/c. This time is because of the refunds &  my top-up thinking that I'll be buying some items (but ended up not buying.).

I always have to repeat 3 times to 3 different Ezbuy chat staff for any problem.  And as mentioned before, their chat staff (customer service) is just a front smile. Nothing gets done.

They give stupid replies & have no power over purchasing or warehouse. So, they don't know why your item still hasn't reached warehouse or whether it's lost. Don't know why your order hasn't been purchased. Don't know why warehouse hasn't shipped out your things.  Don't even know about Prepay matters.




For cart items, it happened to me on Thurs night when I added a new item. The entire cart of items disappeared. Everything came back when I deleted the new item.  Before this, I didn't know the entire cart of items can disappear. Not surprising, however.

For adding funds... Ezbuy already advised people to add funds early.  I added funds a day before by ATM. Safe & good way to add funds. A bit troublesome but there's receipt. Even without receipt, it's fine because I fund it manually once only.

12:57pm. 12 Nov:  It's always interesting to look at Ezbuy Facebook buyers' comments. Can be quite funny. And informative. 

I was reading Ezbuy Facebook posts while waiting for the live chat to attend to me. Right after reading his post below, the live chat came on with Ice.

Herietta Banana Milk Body Cleanser by Welcos Korean/Korea (Review)

Buying Korean products online, never know what are the ingredients.  Korean skincare products very rarely list ingredients in English. Was surprised to see this bottle does have English listing. And that's where I regretted buying. Too bad, already close to finishing before I looked.

Luckily, not allergic to any skincare product ingredients. Quite hardy skin.

I have been using all kinds of different brands & products for many years from local shelves & ordering online (US/Korea).

Ordered this Banana Milk because all buyers' reviews said it smelled fantastically, "drinkably" banana.

Checked online before buying. Zero information on ingredients listing. Zero English reviews on using the product.

After using it for a while & then seeing that it does have English ingredients listing, I was dismayed to find it contains Methylisothiazolinone.

Also, petroleum-based Butylene Glycol. And Phenoxyethanol & Styrene/Acrylates copolymer (that is also found in Japanese bath/body cleansers/gels such as Shokubutsu).  Cocamide MEA & BHT.

In short, all the bad chemicals. Except Paraben. However, the Phenoxyethanol does the drying job quite well. This body cleanser is quite drying on the skin.  I wouldn't say very drying but it certainly isn't moisturizing.

Smells great at first. But as it's used, it starts smelling a bit off from half bottle onwards.

It's cheap for such a big pump bottle. 560g (ml is not stated).   I would say around 450 to 500ml.






 

Trump Wins!

I knew Trump would win.

For the 1st time, I'm interested about a US president. Interested to see if he can make the US great again. My cheer for him, is a reflection of my desire for a strong leader just like Trump. Not a leader who just sues his own people & let in all the foreigners. Hope Trump won't disappoint.

What's there to be afraid of? You even voted an actor before. If u want everything the same, what's the point of voting? Be glad u can choose ur leader, USA.

Bro says even if Trump is sincere in changing USA for the better, the American people are selfish & evil. There will not be any change. Not that he didn't try but that the people won't cooperate.

Korea Toothpastes Recall AmorePacific Aekyung Coreana Sodium Lauryl Sulfate SLS/Methylisothiazolinone


Methylisothiazolinone is a very common ingredient in almost all of the shower/bath gels in Singapore. Also common in some skincare products. Some time ago, I posted about this ingredient that causes irritation, allergic reaction & even damaged a UK woman's face.  Some people are allergic to it, some not.

With all the news on Korea's unscrupulous companies & politics (Hanjin? Nongshim?), I haven't been trusting Korean products these days. Particularly their food.  Have to buy very carefully.

Nongshim noodles was involved in a recall some time ago. And I've been avoiding the brand (except recently, I saw the ingredients seemed ok in their snacks.).

Not surprisingly, now the Korean toothpastes are affected. Before purchasing recently, I was quite uncertain whether to buy. These are big, popular brands in Korea. But that doesn't mean the toothpastes are fine. 

But the Korean packaging is always so very attractive. For instance, LG's latest pump bottle toothpaste with the popular Korean actor (Song Joong Ki) as their ambassador. I bought the Bamboo Salt mint flavor because of the interesting large pump bottle idea.

The very cheap pricing is also an indicator of the quality (cheap chemicals). You can easily get packs of 6 toothpaste tubes for just some dollars online.

Thank goodness I had the 6th sense to avoid the Median toothpastes (AmorePacific) because the packaging wasn't attractive enough & the reviews didn't say anything particularly good about using them. They just didn't look outstanding to me.

All the while choosing Korean toothpastes online, I was considering whether it's safe. There are no English ingredients list. The websites don't list the "No" this, "No" that. Meaning, they may contain undesirable chemicals. However, the buyers' reviews gave them high scores.

And I love trying new products with great packaging.

Just now, I was looking for information on MuKunghwa toothpaste that I was going to buy. Hard time deciding to buy because I'm broke.  Then out pops this recent (Sept 2016) information on google:

On Tuesday, the food safety administration said it has discovered about 10 other toothpaste and mouthwash manufacturers have used the controversial materials in their products, including Aekyung and Coreana, noting on-site investigations are currently underway.

On September 27th, the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety announced a toothpaste recall. The recall stemmed from a report that chemicals containing CMIT/MIT ~ considered a cytotoxin ~ were distributed to cosmetic manufacturers by the company named Miwon Chemicals.
The toothpastes affected are manufactured by Amore Pacific. The “MEDIAN” range of toothpaste is the topselling toothpaste products in South Korea. Amore Pacific claimed that it is not aware that the harmful chemical is included in its toothpaste range. (Not aware?? Irresponsibly selling something they are not aware of.).

The Korea Food and Drug Administration on Sept. 27 said it has found the chemicals -- chloro-methylisothiazolinone and methylisothiazolinone -- in a preservative, called sodium lauryl sulfate, used in the AmorePacific products.
Except one, all the products are sold in the market under popular brand name such as Median and Songyeom. The company has withdrawn the products from retailers, offering refunds to customers. 

Well then, that's it. Not buying. *takes it out of cart*. 

It's possible that LG got its name out of the news simply by bribing the media. Who knows. 

At the moment, I am using Perioe (sensitive by LG), Bamboo Salt Mint Pumping toothpaste (LG) &  Pomegranate 2080 (Aekyung). 

I have no idea what the ingredients are even when they are listed on the box or on the product. Small printing. 

So far, the 2 items by LG are Ok. But the 2080 dries the mouth after use. Supposed to contain natural ingredients but obviously, they added some chemicals that aren't helpful (most likely paraben although it's not listed in English).  I just make sure to rinse out thoroughly (the flavor is nice, a pity to throw out. I use only sometimes.). 

Actually, I use the Korean toothpastes only sometimes because I don't quite trust them, even though I love their cleaning power (very good, even better than supermarket brands in Singapore) & they taste great (sweet).

According to Aekyung (from the above link), they said the 2080 toothpastes are not affected: (really?)

While Miwon Chemicals included Aekyung (another toothpaste maker) in the list of companies it supplied with the chemicals that has CMIT/MIT, the company denied using it in their toothpaste products 2080.

Actually, what made the authorities check these toothpastes? Tip off? Surely, these toothpastes have been on the market for a while already? Why now?

Useless & Clueless Ezbuy Chat Staff Jesslyn (review)


Proves once again that Ezbuy chat staff don't know anything about how their own Ezbuy company works.

From the Ezbuy Facebook, I once saw a customer say that the ATM didn't issue a receipt & she asked whether it was Ok. The Facebook staff replied that it was fine.

This time, it happened to me. So, I knew it should be Ok. But just in case, I entered chat to confirm. Earlier today, I was on chat with Jesslyn 2 different times regarding different matters (one still unresolved while the other was just a simple matter that she might even be mistaken about.). She had been online since afternoon to nearly 10pm.

This chat was at 9.30pm.. Clearly, she is clueless about whether it is Ok that there is no transaction number. Instead she just copied & pasted an answer that does not answer my question.

During this time of chat, the top up was actually successful (I checked during the chat). But I didn't tell her. 

She was also rude towards the end. This afternoon, she had a smiley after "ya". But no smiley here. Also, the word "ya" is rude. And she took a long time to reply. I don't know what she's doing. 

She didn't reply.  Was she going to leave it like that? Maybe she fell asleep. Maybe she was talking to someone else.  During this time, I checked that the amount was successful. But it was not because she did it.

In her next reply, she never said she did it. And she already copied & pasted that it's up to the "Finance team".

Note also that I said I used the ATM to top up. But in her reply, she copied & pasted "iBanking" information.

Since she didn't reply at all to my last chat message, I asked for an update on the matter that I asked her earlier today. Earlier, she had said she informed the purchaser to "expedite on this". But nothing happened after that.

That's it.  I really don't know what the chat staff is for. How many times have they actually "helped" anything? They don't know shit to help with anything.  I said "ok" & just closed the whole site. Too fed up to tell her that purchaser never updated me. And nothing has happened with her "expedite".

P/S: They are actually good for refunds & communicating with China sellers. Other than that, they can do nothing.

Earlier today, this was the matter:

I had asked her about the order that still hasn't been dispatched by seller. On Monday, I had asked chat staff to check whether seller has stock. Seller confirmed there's stock. But whole day Tues, seller didn't send out item. Whole day today Wed, still nothing.

Look at how chat staff (the same Jesslyn) just pushes it to "purchaser" who of course, does nothing.

Although Taobao sellers can be bad, Ezbuy adds to the problem.

This Ezbuy chat staff Jesslyn is very strange. She doesn't answer the customer's questions directly. And she takes very long to reply.  I had to prompt her to respond.  I almost didn't want to thank her since she did nothing.  Tonight (above), I just closed the whole site without thanking her.

 


I never leave any rating because the staff are all useless. Every time, it's so annoying to see "You're most welcome!" etc etc... when they didn't help at all.

Jin Young Interview Love in the Moonlight Moonlight Drawn By cLouds (Yoon Sung)


Oh my god. @ 3.32. If he steps towards me like that, I'm going to MELT!!!! Please don't.  Stand... S..tand far away. Oh my god. So damn handsome in that outfit. *weeps* How can any man look so good like that??!!! >.<  So super cool!!!  I am usually immune to the handsomeness of men... but this is just too much. Overload.

And his voice.... AHhhhhhhhh....... so melty.  Don't do that!!!!

Also, his singing voice is very good. No out of tune. Perfect. Amazing. Makes me want to hear more after he stops at only 2 lines. At the high part, he stops. Ahhh.... Can he continue? Please?

I have to emphasize that single-eyelids men only look this good in period costume. In modern clothing, single eyelids never look good. Not even Jin Young or Lee Joon Ki.

Scarlet Heart Ryeo Ep 19 Lee Joon Gi Junki Boring


Tuesday  1 Nov 1:12p.m.

So boring. No wonder the ratings fell to Moonlight Drawn by Clouds.

Moonlight Drawn by Clouds above 20% ratings. That's because they have a cute & lovable heroine & a super handsome Yoon Sung (Section Chief for Education & Culture played by Jin Young). I don't care for the Crown Prince but Moonlight has a refreshing sense of humor, is upbeat & with better OSTs.

Scarlet Ryeo is so boring. Joon Gi is trying so hard to lift the whole drama by himself. Now that everyone is dead, it shows that it's weighing too heavily on him. He can't carry it all by himself. He's not handsome, face so thin & sharp. Eyes beady & small. Small thin body. Which part is handsome? He glares all the time. Misunderstood by everyone. So boring.

Worst of all, Hae Soo is so boring. Completely transformed instantly from being the life of the party to being completely dead. Of course with the death of the Court Lady, it's understandable she won't be the same as before. But she's so subservient, so dead, so obedient as if she belongs there.

Hey, she isn't from that time. She's from our time. Why is she falling into that palace role thing so easily & so fast? And so miserably? And got herself so badly tortured that she won't be able to walk normally again. What the heck for? She's not from Goryeo. So irritating watching her.

Because they removed the element of her fighting to get back to her own time, the whole thing became just another boring historical-type drama with a dull female lead.

That's why the ratings fell. Also, Joon Ki was gross in dripping saliva in Ep 18. I forwarded that part. What's the matter with him? Did the actress who played his mother mind that his saliva was dripping on her hand (or on her)?

It's like you need to drip loads of snot to be credible that you're grieving? Singapore actors & actresses used to do that. Completely gross. I tell you, real grieving people don't cry & drip snot like that.

Ep 18, I  actually completely forgot to watch. Usually, I will tune into the Chinese-subbed site first thing it came out. But that night, I was watching Moonlight Drawn by Clouds replay (since it ended at Ep 18 earlier than Scarlet). I was downloading to watch the early episodes & completely forgot about Scarlet. I only remembered I didn't watch Scarlet the next morning when I realized that "yesterday was Monday".

I wonder how they are going to end Scarlet. Where else can it go? Hae Soo left the palace. Very few elements left to play with. It's like the chess board is at a point where the few pieces got nowhere to go.

Ezbuy Slowing Down & Useless Chat Staff: Crazy Purchaser/s (review)


Getting worse. Something wrong with their purchaser/s. Just recently, they used to order within the same day. Now, it takes 2-3 days to place order.  Problems more often now. And when there's a problem, chat staff can't help & don't know what's going on.

They used to be so fast that just a few hours after submitting, they will place order. And just a few hours within the same day, they will ship out once you request to ship.

Now, even shipping out takes a few days. For China & US orders.

Previously, US ordering was slow. Now even China ordering has problems.

No excuse. Can't say that because of so many Prime orders or because too many orders, not enough staff/time.

Seriously, every time I order from Ezbuy, I'm worried. What's going to go wrong? There are perfect orders & also messed up instances.

Problem is these days, running into problems with Ezbuy has become more frequent.

Side note: Ezbuy chat is usually available till 10pm Mon to Sat. But sometimes, they disappear. Like now 9pm. 21 Oct Fri.

Case #1: 18 Oct cancelled 2 items

I ordered 2 pieces of underwear from a China site. Previously, I have ordered from this site before & Ezbuy was able to order within the usual time frame.  I submitted the 2 orders on Friday (14 Oct).  They should be ordered on the same day. However, these days, it's usual for Ezbuy to order it the next day.

So, I waited but was not ordered on Sat.

Sunday, Ezbuy is dead. So I waited till Mon. No order placed.

I waited until Tues late afternoon & still not ordered. So I entered chat & asked what's going on.

[Previously, a few days before this, I had ordered some underwear from a Taobao seller & one item didn't arrive at the warehouse for a few days. When I asked, Ezbuy chat staff kept smoking through without any solution. I had to ask every day what was happening before I finally got the answer that the item was rejected by warehouse because seller had sent a defective & wrongly-sized item.

Throughout, purchaser did not leave any updates in my order remarks. After posting in their Ezbuy Facebook page, the purchaser finally left an update in my order.

When I said I wanted to cancel for refund, the purchaser assured me it will be done. But many days after that, nothing happened (even when seller was online & their China holiday had passed). When I asked chat staff, I found out the refund request was not yet submitted by purchaser.

So that's how I know their purchaser is shitty.]

This time, up to late Tues afternoon, my 2 new items were still not ordered. Clearly, the purchaser was putting off ordering from that site from some odd reason.

Fine. If the purchaser don't want to order them, it's Ezbuy's loss. Just tell me.

On Mon, I already asked a chat staff (YC) who smoked through by saying "dear so sorry, will inform purchaser to order asap". YC said will leave message for the purchaser. Nothing happened the whole day.

What update manually? That's clearly a lie. Previously when I ordered from the same site, everything was "updated" normally just like any Taobao order. 

The orders were cancelled & I got the refund immediately. Very smooth & fast, only because the items haven't been ordered. If already ordered, refund will take a longer time (& these days, as from previous experience, will need to push purchaser to get it. Could be because this time, it's... I don't know what's the excuse. In the past, no need to push to get refund.).

For now, refunds are processed instantly (for un-ordered items) by chat staff.  I don't know how long that's going to last.

I don't know what happened to their purchaser/s. Could be newly recruited lazy staff because previously, they were very fast & efficient.

Bottomline is: I didn't get to buy what I wanted. In the time it took for Ezbuy not to order, I lost interest. Ezbuy didn't get to earn anything. What the heck is Ezbuy for?  Plus, they have this ridiculous rule about being unable to ship liquids above 200ml. Come on, EMS/Speedpost ships everything.

For my own record:

Case #2:  So far, I haven't had China orders missing before.  Delayed a few times.  After so many items I ordered: single small items & larger items. Mainly, my items are small packets. Quite amazing. Even delayed, they arrive at the warehouse. I still don't know at this moment whether this new item is missing or delayed. It should arrive by end of today.

US order missing once & Ezbuy said it was seller's mistake sending to wrong address. I've not ordered from that seller again.

This time, ordered a Taobao item on Sat 15 Oct. Coincides with the underwear problem above (case #1). Previously, when they were 65daigou, it would have been ordered on same day Sat. But these days, it's normal for Ezbuy to skip Sat.

So, order was placed on Mon. At the same time, (case #1) the underwear placed on Fri 14 Oct was still not ordered.

On Tues, I cancelled underwear orders & got refund. That same night, I remember the seller of this new order I placed (on Sat) dispatched the item because I was thinking (when I saw the update) that the seller is so fast despite his 4.7 track record.  But till last night Thurs, still not arrived at warehouse.

Normally, it takes just 1-2 days for China local delivery. Anything longer means there's a problem.

According to Ezbuy (this Fri morning), it was dispatched on Wed 19. Odd. If it was dispatched on Wed, I wouldn't be so disturbed because I know 2 days China delivery to warehouse is normal.  And that "dispatched by seller" status in my order page has been there for a long time. I check many times a day.

Either I made a mistake in recalling the day of dispatch, or the seller clicked sent earlier before actually sending it out (like Ebay button that seller can click whenever).

Anyway, bottomline is: delay. It should be flying now but till now 12:13pm Fri 21, still not at warehouse.

If it hits Sat, it might not be shipped out until Mon. These days, that's how slow Ezbuy has become.

Last night about 8.30pm, I asked chat staff to check why it still wasn't at warehouse. Chat staff still online until 10pm, but purchaser already disappeared. What can chat staff do?

Many times these days, I am finding out that chat staff are hopeless. They can't do anything without the purchaser. Can't order, can't update, can't check anything.

Ezbuy chat staff are the frontline smiley face.

I hate it when useless chat staff who didn't solve anything put this crap at the end: "You are most welcome! Pls rate our service".

Note that I said "Mon" dispatch. That is incorrect. It should be Tues. Or if Ezbuy is really correct, then Wed.

This is last night's chat Thurs about 8.30pm 20 Oct:  Heather was nice enough to tell me to wait along the way. Some chat staff just leave me hanging. But it was a 20 minutes wait.





 Leave message means nothing will be done, don't expect update from purchaser.

Since she can't do anything without the purchaser, I said I'll wait to see if it reaches warehouse tonight. I thanked her. She sent the template "You are most welcome!" & ended with:

What further assistance can you provide when I just asked for assistance & you were unable to help??

The chat staff replies can be so slowww these days... that even after I've crapped & bathed in the bathroom, come out & still no reply. 

Next morning at 10.10am, I asked another staff where's the item. Note the chat staff never corrected me when I said dispatched on Mon. She didn't check. She didn't argue. I would say so far, the staff have never argued with me. Always neutral. Pretty good training.

In order to test whether Heather (last night) was being inefficient last night, I asked this staff whether she needed the purchaser to check.  Answer: Heather was fine & telling the truth. The purchaser really, could not be contacted. And chat staff can't do anything without the purchaser's information.

Nice of Venx to copy & paste the entire local delivery information, rather than just telling me.

There are a few chat staff who are nice & genuinely try to help. But the limits to their accessing of purchasers' information & warehouse information makes it impossible for them to help much, if at all.

This is bad considering they are frontline staff who must know everything to be able to answer customers' enquiries.

I wait to see if it'll arrive at warehouse today. If not, I'll have to throw the above information back to them.

[Update Sat 22 Oct: arrived at warehouse at night on Fri. Today Sat I submitted ship request. Due to Haima typhoon, not sure if flying today. It's not my item. Customer's item.  
Update 24 Oct Mon 9:04pm: Ezbuy breaks record for speed this time. Despite typhoon Haima & Ezbuy's warning that flights out will be delayed, item really shipped out on Sat daytime! Amazingly, it just arrived tonight. I just checked & it was freshly updated to "arrange delivery". Out of so many times, this is the 1st or 2nd time Ezbuy is this fast. Amazing.].

Sometimes, I get so sian, I tell myself to just be grateful that there is Ezbuy, still quite professional with chat always on. They are the only ones reliable out of the few 2 others.

Anyway, I seldom buy things from Taobao unless necessary or I have some spare cash. Taobao variety is very bad for many things. All the sellers tend to sell the same things, just different prices. Because they get from the same source.

Even after browsing more than 20-30 pages, still same designs. Lack of variety.

Also, the designs are all look very crude. Across all items. Clothing, shoes, underwear, furniture etc... One look, you know it's from China. No refinement.  Compare the products from Europe or US, the difference is clear.

It's actually very difficult to find something on Taobao that don't shout "China".

Moonlight Drawn By Clouds Ep 18 A Pity


Seeing the prince/king kissing her, I think how the other guy would have kissed her. I prefer the Other Guy.  Sexier. Subtly, sexily intelligent. His kissing should be better. I'm curious how his kissing will be like.

Unfortunately, he got himself killed... because she didn't love him. How can a smart man be so silly to loose his life like that? Against a few lousy assassins.  So many assassins not to get 1 girl, but actually sent in case he rebels.

I'm also comparing this king's kiss with Lee Joon Gi's kiss in Scarlet Heart Ep 16 (Joon Gi puts his finger just under the girl's ear).  I think this king guy kisses better.

 

The Other Guy.  Kim Yoon Sung. Section Chief of Culture & Education.

I love all the clothes he wears. So beautiful & romantic clothing. Floral designs & handsome. Everytime he shows up in a new outfit, I go "wow".  Every piece is very nice. I ought to do a compilation of all his robes. I have not seen a man look so cool & impressive in floral robes.

So kingly compared to the real king.  When he's sad, he's even handsomer. His eyebrows so expressive & sorrowful towards another man (Byung Yun) Ep 17.  I've never seen a man look so handsome when he's sad.

Very calm, very steady, very quietly intelligent & quitely steadfast man. To be loved by him, it's a privilege. To have him on your side, is lucky.

I love his voice. Very soothing. Soft & calm.

I wished he didn't die & was miraculously saved.  I don't care for the king. Yeah, the king is smart & good-looking. But this Other Guy is a different level.  For the king, to lose him, is to lose an asset. 

Unfortunately, Ra On never got to be kissed by him. What a pity... (even if you want to lie on her lap, also don't have to go to this extent of getting yourself killed just to have your head lay on her lap.).

I have to be careful that when writing my novel, I don't make my characters make stupid decisions just to force an effect that I want.

 

He always looks very cool & calm. I've never seen him look so affected, so distraught & so sad.  Handsome even when sad. You have to see the video to see the handsomeness. These screenshots aren't showing it well.

He's so damn cool. Took the sword with his bare hands away from the Crown Prince (his best friend). So cool 2 men protecting her at the same time. Yoon Sung really loves her badly (as he says). I think he loves her even more than the Crown Prince.
