Missing Scenes Ep 9 Moon Lovers Scarlet Heart Ryeo Subbed Vs Raw

The worse thing about missing scenes that appear in Raw & Chinese-subbed versions is that both versions  are deleted the next day. So, only the Eng-subbed version is left.  In the Raw, the scenes are not subbed so if you manage to catch them, you don't know what is being said (unless you know Korean).

This below scene is in the Raw. But missing from Chinese-subbed version. Will need to see if it's also missing from Eng-subbed version once it's up.

It explains how the prince maintains his look without his mask. She continues to apply make-up for him after the first time. Especially now that he has requested for her to serve him (special permission granted by the King since the prince called the rain.).

It also explains how the prince is attached to her now. At the end, she gives him a sheet of paper. Since it's Raw, I can only guess (for now) that it's a DIY make-up explanation for the prince to do it himself.

Side note 1: This scene below in the Raw & Chinese-subbed versions should be deleted. So boring. Who's she?? I yawned. Not pretty & unreasonable woman.

Below: Another scene in Raw. But missing in Chinese-subbed & Eng-subbed versions. The youngest prince is forced to marry the general's daughter. This scene ends with the general's daughter sleeping on the floor & the prince sitting up miserable on the bed saying something about this red-tinged fingers (Hae Soo said earlier that he would see his love if he tolerated the plant treatment bandages thing).

The scene below is in the Raw version. Missing in Chinese-subbed & English-subbed versions. In the Chinese-subbed & Eng-subbed versions, there isn't any show of lips (nicer. See previous post on 4th Prince kissing Hae Soo). The below scene needs to be cut. The Raw episode ends here:

Side note 2:  Below. I felt very sad for the youngest prince at this scene. This scene is not missing. But it's just shows how selfish the King is.  The director made a very strong statement with just the marbles falling. Because it's symbolizes his playful nature, his youthful desires destroyed just by forcing marriage on him. None of his brothers help him. Very sad. Hae Soo is being selfish too.  She knew how to fight for her own freedom when forced to marry the King & the brothers fought for her. Now she doesn't care that this youngest prince is being forced into a marriage that he doesn't want. Just tells him to accept it. That's just bad of her.

In Eng-subbed version, awful music is inserted into this scene below. Wang So comes to look for Hae Soo. Awful male singer, awful music insertion at this part. The Raw & Chinese-subbed versions did not have this music.

The so-called music doesn't match the scene at all. So jarring. Why did the director put this music?

Yay!! The forced kiss scene without lips is included in the English-subbed version!!

(24 Sept Sat. 12:39pm Accidentally found the missing scenes subs for Ep 9 on Youtube. Turns out I was right. She gave him instruction on the paper for him to do it himself. So nice to have Eng subs.)
